We got to the idea for this website after one of our coworkers’ mom spent 20 minutes on her laptop trying to find out whether a certain customer satisfaction survey she was invited to fill out earned her a coupon or not. Because, as surprising as it might sound, few companies create customer surveys that are appropriately branded, accessible, straight-forward, or user-friendly. In fact, the amount of customer surveys that don’t let you know how long they’ll take to fill out or whether you’ll get a surefire reward or discount versus a lottery pick or nothing is staggering.
As you probably already figured out, we plan to change that. We want to create comprehensive, step by step guides to filling out those satisfaction surveys that stump most customers.
