- The survey sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the United States and Puerto Rico. You must be 18 years old or older at the time of taking the survey.
- Any employees or their immediate family/household members cannot participate in the survey.
- For the reward, Sephora is running the sweepstakes that have a prize of a $250 store gift card.
- If you are selected as the sweepstakes winner, you are required to respond within five days. You will need valid contact information such as phone and/or email.
Sephora Survey Completion Guide
- Visit the official Sephora Customer Survey website.
- You can choose your language from either English or Spanish.
- Select the date of your most recent visit and choose the approximate time range of the visit.
- Next, you will choose the store that you visited. Select both the state/province and the store name.
- You’ll answer a question about how you feel overall about the store.
- From there, you’ll begin rating your Sephora experience on a 1-10 point scale.
- You’ll encounter yes/no questions in addition to rating your satisfaction.
- During the survey, you’ll be asked if you received any beauty services during your visit.
- Near the end, you can provide additional feedback about the customer service.
- After filling out the Sephora survey, you’ll need to enter personal contact details to be entered into the sweepstakes.
