- With a receipt from a recent visit in hand, enter the date you visited, the time you visited, and the invitation code. Input your email address afterwards as well.
- You will start the survey and rate your satisfaction using a five-point scale with five being “extremely satisfied” and one being “extremely dissatisfied”. Questions will relate to your overall experience, the atmosphere of the store, services from employees, etc.
- The survey will also ask you to choose from a list of store areas you visited (e.g. pharmacy, dairy, bakery, deli, floral, etc.). You’ll choose up to three your selected areas to leave further feedback on.
