Safeway Survey Completion Guide

1. Visit the official Safeway Customer Satisfaction Survey Page to begin.
2. With a receipt from a recent visit in hand, enter the date you visited, the time you visited, and the invitation code. Input your email address afterwards as well.
   
3. You will start the survey and rate your satisfaction using a five-point scale with five being “extremely satisfied” and one being “extremely dissatisfied”. Questions will relate to your overall experience, the atmosphere of the store, services from employees, etc.
4. The survey will also ask you to choose from a list of store areas you visited (e.g. pharmacy, dairy, bakery, deli, floral, etc.). You’ll choose up to three your selected areas to leave further feedback on.
5. You’ll rate additional features such as your checkout experience.
6. Those of you that have a Just for U account will answer another series of feedback questions.
7. Near the end, you’ll enter feedback in a textbox.
